Shipping policy

Flat Rate: $7 NZD for both North and South Island.
Free Shipping: Orders over $80 NZD.
Delivery Timeframes:
- North Island: Next business day delivery available for orders placed before our daily cut-off time.
- South Island: Often next business day for morning orders; otherwise, within 48 hours.
Processing Time: Orders are generally dispatched within 1 business day.

$20 NZD for orders $79 NZD and under – Tracked, 6–12 working days.
$10 NZD for orders $80 NZD and over – Tracked, 6–12 working days.
Processing Time: Please allow 1–2 business days before dispatch.
Disclaimer:
- Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, rural delivery, or other delays outside our control.
- Buyer is responsible for any VAT, tariffs, duties, taxes, handling fees, or customs charges.

Lost or Stolen Packages: We cannot be held responsible or liable for lost or stolen packages once collected by the courier. Customers must file any claims directly with the carrier.
Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address. If a package is returned or rejected, we will contact you, and re-shipment postage will be at the customer’s expense.
Rural Deliveries: May require additional time beyond the stated delivery estimates.
International Shipping:
- We currently only ship to New Zealand and Australia.
